This is my new product put out specifically for the Dia de los Muertos holiday. Each kit comes with a gypsum cast skull that is sealed internally for a little extra strength, a battery operated tea light, a 12 color acrylic paint set, 1 flat paint brush and a fine point paint brush. All you need to do is come up with your own design. Coat it in a layer or 2 of shellac or polycrylic sealer, available at any hardware store, afterward to make your design a little more permanent, as well as add a little extra strength to the outside of the skull. Shellac will dry yellowish, giving it a sort of aged look, polycrylic will dry clear. Then just place it over the tea light and create your own ofrenda (altar), and celebrate the lives of those friends and loved ones that have passed on to live their next life. Welcome them back for a night of drink, sweets, and and celebration.
